    After Origins showed the assassins' beginnings I'm not sure where Odyssey can take the franchise. It really doesn't look like a proper AC game to me but I don't really care, if I'm being honest.

    An open world RPG, set in ancient Greece, where you get to play as a Spartan? I'll be having some of that, thanks!

    It looks fantastic i really enjoyed ac origins. The one thing i am not sure about is not being able to use a shield. this is going to sound silly but I took Thursday off my normal day off is friday so ya 4 day weekend.

    one other thing I am not waiting for Oct 5th I get to play on the first, well I can not stay up that late maybe the second.

    I like the direction they're heading in. It's not typical for the AC game to have rpg-elements, but that's why I want to play it so much.

    The Assassin Creed Series morphed into what I call the "Creed" series which really have no ties to the original series. The original story line that appeared with AC1 and fizzled out with ACIII. One would of thought that Ubisoft would of wanted to continue the original series story line while simultaneously building these "Creed" series of games. But, it would appear that Ubisoft is no longer interesting in continue or revisit it any time soon.
