Daybreak Game Company has announced that pre-orders for the next EverQuest II expansion have opened ahead of the November 13th launch date. Those who purchase Chaos Descending will be granted immediate beta access.

    This game use to be great, its just so out dated, sad they didn't continue to make the next one, I wonder if releasing an expansion is going to breathe any life into it, I know it has a loyal following but to many other choices out there now..

    Looks like WoW warlocks can take their mounts with them into EQ2.

    If you buy the newest expansion, you get all the old ones with it.

    No, just no. I've re-installed countless of times, bought expansions and all that jazz. But no, we are through, the breakup is permanent, I just don't love you anymore, you're not the same anymore.

    'This does not apply just to ED but SC or any other game. What they will get is Rebirth/X4, likely prettier but equally underwhelming and pointless. 

    It is incredibly difficult to design some meaningfull leg content that would fit a space ship game - simply because it is not a leg game.

    It is just huge resource waste....'

    Wow is still better, but I still enjoy this game 3-4 months of the year. Looking forward to this x pac.

    I stopped playing when people in my guild stopped playing. The game use a combo mechanic that need timing. I just don't want to continue playing with new group because it's hard to teach new people about the timing mechanic of the combo.
