the idea of the game is terrific...it has very good PK setup, skill and item balance.
lvl'ing is not easy, and PK features will be trully revealed once u reach lvl50 (2-3 weeks with moderate playing). However the real fun starts at 60+, where u can start entering ColonyZone (PK zone) and start owning the opposing nation...
Wars between the humans and orcs are another feature to be mentioned. There are two types of wars: one for low lvls and one for all (usually only high lvls enter this one).
Also there is the castle concept, that is to battled for on a guild level. Once you own the castle ur income increases enormously as u collect taxes. However, this must be a very long term goal, as its very very hard to get the castle from their current owners.
Partying and quilding is also nice. Every class has its own pro's and con's in the parties, no matter if you lvl or PK. The classes and skills are chosen so nicely that you will be needed by a party in any case.
now the problems 
this prolific game has too many problems, that once u spend enough time, u will start seeing the problems rather than the great features...the problems are:
1-macroing...there are bots around and they are so extensively used, that it takes away the fun of partying and lvl'ing. Ppl reach lvl 60 in 2 weeks and they are rarely punished. Oh and mostly they are unbanned without losing their illegally gained lvls and items
2-duping(duplicating)...a lot of cheaters dupe the high grade rare items, so if u buy one in the market, u will lose it with almost 100% during the next dupe-wipe and say bye to ur hard earned money. The dupers wont be punished so they will enjoy spending your cash.
3. Free?....it says that the game is free, but it also gives you an option to become a Premium member with fees varying from 9$ to 25$. Also the servers have a trashhold level where it doesnt allow the free users to enter. A space is reserved for the Premium ones...and most of the time servers are full so that you will hardly be able to enter the game at all. And also almost all cheaters buy premium so that they can escape any punishment and continue to cheat whenever they want.
4. Corrupted GMs...it happened in the past, so im not sure about the current situtation, but GMs were selling ingame items for real cash, helping their friends to lvl-up easy, unbanning the severe cheaters(sometimes they ban ppl actually) for real cash......
5. Hacks and Customer Support.....their database is more like a concert hall entrance. Tons of ppl were/are hacked losing their items and lvls. The Customer Support helps only some priviledged players(by restoring their items), and sends an automated reply (saying nothing will be done) to the rest.

May I add some points?
Im 100% agreeing with duping problem, I think any decent MMO should never show up with these primal-problems. Is that a MMORPG or a single-player game? Can I use cheats? It shows how the staff and developers its for with their users. Now I can see why they logo apperas: ''Players first". It has sense, since their structure seems to be made able to corrupt. But now they are making move to end with that: They are banning corrupt players and launching the 'punkbuster' feature, that helps to punnish who dupe. I dont know how exactly works, but seems to be effective.
Corrupted GMs -> now thats a interesting point. Yes, they was selling stuff for real cash, but those are already banned from the game. Reading something like this you feel like the game isnt serious, and was made to make cash. Remember that this problem happened in US server. But now you can play unworried about that, it's a solved problem.
Costumer support -> It has a costumer support? Please tell me where.

well, i didnt say game graphics are bad...this was my first post actually
about the punkbuster: yes it was launched a few days or a week ago...and you know what? New versions of bots came out in a day or two after that.
Actually its early to judge, because iits the first experience of PB with this game and actually they were quite friendly when i submitted the cheaters links to them. They said they are gratefull for that and they will analyse their bypassing tricks...so as I said, it would be too early to judge PB.
about the GMs...the picture was the same 2 months ago (i gave a break, and now turning back)...even i have fraps of an "invisible" GM killing the hardest mobs with a single hit (his spells are vsible though, its obvious in the fraps)...and he threatened us with a ban if we try to talk ....
However, I hope, as u said, that they fired these corrupted junks.
The game is great in many aspects...lvl'ing may become boring after a certain level, but the PK system is kinda benchmark among these types of games
