Is this a phishing scam?

This is the 3rd mail I have gotten from this, each has same template but a different log in country and IP which makes it look very real to me.

After the first mail I  manually went to UBI's website and changed my password and enabled 2 factor authentication.

This morning I received another mail again claiming my account was now logged in from a different country...

Is this a phishing scam or should I be worried?

    well jeez, i went to site without using the email and it seems its real,  how did they log into my account when my Cell phone has the 2 faction auth? and noone has touched my phone???

    When you look at the full details of the email they do appear to be coming from a Ubisoft domain but I believe they may not be legitimate.  I think that because I've also gotten them on email accounts not associated with my Ubisoft account.  On the other hand Ubisoft has also been pushing their 2-step verification on me within the client too. 

    I have changed my password but I did not use any of the links provided in the emails.  Whenever I receive such emails, whether I consider them legitimate or not, I never use the links provided in such emails.  I always go to the site using my own methods.

    Good to go through manually to make sure it isn't phishing. The way it's shown looks like a phish.
    If it shows they were able to login to your account on Ubisoft's website then there are a couple reasons why. A) You shared your account info with a friend... Tends to get leaked somehow. B) Your web-browser got infected with a keylogger or something of the sort. C) Your login information got grabbed in a previous hack then sold. Quick search shows Ubisoft has been hacked exposing emails and passwords many times. Frequently changing your password and using 2 factor authentication helps.

    Yeah I talked in chat to a support person, seems they even with 2 faction can log in but cannot change anything, I changed my password and I had my email changed to.

    The fact they are able to bypass 2 faction auth gets me bit weary how good UBI security is.

    My computer is firewalled , my iphone is with me all times that has the 2 factor on it, and I didnt share or sell anything.
