I love so many things about BDO but I never can get past the shit PVE in this game. The housing / crafting system is a blast to micromanage and the pvp is pretty engaging but I like my pve too. I want to love it and live in the game but just....cant.
The combat itself is great. But the lack of things to do PvE-wise beyond just grinding mobs takes away a lot of the appeal, yeah. =/

Definitely a lot of fun and unique features in other areas though. And the world is friggin' gorgeous. Hands down the prettiest MMO I know of in the graphics department.

Yea it is very unfortunate, the world design is just very "detached" of any form of meaningful player interaction. Dozen and dozens of NPC just hang there repeating their animation loop... All just fancy decorations.

As far as I played long while ago, I dislike the economy system though. System fixed-max-price is just eeewww... If that thing still exist then I don't see how I can immerse myself in the crafting & economy system.
