One of the key game mechanics implemented for Fallout 76 is crafting, which relies on plans and recipes. They can seem to be hard to find, though. Today, Red Thomas outlines some of the easiest ways to jump-start your industrial repertoire and getting your post-apocalyptic carebear on.

76 represents the laziest effort made by Bethesda in the history of their studio.
I could rehash the multitude of reasons for having this opinion, as I have done previously over the last week, but I will just be labeled as a "hater" (rather than someone who is a long time fan and simply isn't happy with the latest addition to the franchise).
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but that doesn't mean that your opinion will be taken with a grain of salt, especially on these forums. The much more likely scenario is you will be meme'ed and trashtalked into oblivion for not having an opinion that matches the majority.
A sad state of affairs, to say the least.

It was a sleepless night.
but it was predictable you could see since they took the fallout franchise they start to mesh teh fallout system with the elder scroll system, skyrim is a pretty tell of that, you get to choose perks based on your skills lvl, they can't even think on a new name for it, so you see the problem here is not only technical, but creativity too, with then makes this killing of lore something common on bethesda
I agree with this and I think it is an accurate assessment.
Thank you for your time!
As for plans and recipes... one big thing people often miss... ALWAYS check terminals. Many times you can find recipes and plans from terminals, whether you have to break into them, or you just happen to pass by an open one.. I've found a lot of them simply by doing that.
Far from a perfect launch, though.
I did come across a super mutant vendor that was wondering around down south in the ashy mining area where you complete a quest to become a firebreather. The players I was with mentioned that he can sell a few of the very saught after weapons.
Keep in mind when reading comments and the like that being hyper critical, insulting, and pesimistic is in now adays and all the cool haters are doing it. It’s now proper to make blanket statements and place ones own opinion as the reason no one else should be enjoying a game or that “a game should die,” but that’s just our first world problems for you.
Top Ten Most Misused Words/Phrases in MMO Industry...
I'd objectively give it 7/10 or 6/10 if you take issue with the engine. If you take the stance that major bugs are completely unacceptable, then perhaps 5/10 - though that is a big stretch in my eyes. Calling it the abomination of gaming is just not accurate from what I've seen and experienced.
Really tired of how extremism has taken hold of everything, and how having a loud opinion is more important than having an accurate one. Wish all the offended, entitled jerks would keep their opinions to themselves.
Being unhappy with the game is perfectly fine. Even creating a thread to discuss the many reasons you are unhappy is fine. People start to hand out the "hater" label when you go into a thread about a game, in this instance the crafting system, and begin to complain about how the game sucks. Taking every opportunity to shout out your dislike of something when others are just trying to find out some information about something they do like, well, haters gonna hate.
That out of the way....thanks for the tips on hunting down recipes. I have been doing my best to save caps for something, and now all I have to do is find some of the wandering vendors and I can go shopping!
It almost like Bethesda are afraid of people interacting yet decided to make a multi-player game with all these barriers to actual interaction for whatever reason.
Beta tester maniac
I'd throw 25 bucks at this turd , I see it 40 on the store though
