Divinity: Original Sin 2 is 35% off on gog. Not often the really good games are discounted, and this one is the best game I have played in 10 years.

Oh god, these sales are the bane of my existence. Time to spend money I don't have on games I'll never play.

For Honor should be mentioned for Ubisoft - 50% off. Despite usual whiny ~50% reviews on Steam the game is surprisingly fun (+ extremely good looking) and allow to avoid PvP completely for progression (in vsAI matches). If only it had any shared persistent open world zones...

    Thank you for your time!

I want to buy the Pillars of Eternity expansions, but years after releasing they are only ever on 50% off sales.  Picked up Far Cry Primal for $12 bucks though.  That should be fun.

On another note Warhammer Total War II is 50% off, that's probably as good as it will get before next holiday season.

I can personally attest to the Total War: Warhammer franchise being phenomenal. If you like RTS's it is a wonderful pick up. It requires some DLC to get all the races but the 4 base races are great and it doesn't skimp on the violence or death.

Looked at getting the steam link since it is $2.50. Be nice to connect my steam games to my TV. Anyone have any experience with it?

I've had WH:TW 1 for a while now, but only played through the Dwarf Campaign.  I tried Greenskins and Beastmen, but found that I really just like the defensive playstyle of turtle+artillery of Dwarves the best.  Beastmen just played very weird.  I never could get the hang of them and kept dying before I could even get a solid army built.

I also played Dwarves, Beastmen, Skaven and Wood Elves in the tabletop game.

At one point I owned 12 Armies all over 2000 points for the tabletop games.  Hi, my name is Hourglass and I'm a TableTop Wargame Addict.  I've been clean for... Oh look, the new Imperial Guard Codex is out!

In the past week I bought, or got for free, enough games to max out my monthly bandwidth for about six months along with my normal usage.  These will keep my busy for much longer than six months.

    Free;
       For Honor
       Destiny 2

    UbiSoft
       Far Cry Primal
Far Cry 4 + all DLC

    Steam
Batman Arkham Knight + all DLC
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2
Divinity Original Sin Enhanced Edition. (includes two other games and a gift? copy)
Middle Earth: Shadow of War + all DLC
Sniper Elite 4 + all DLC
Rise of the Tomb Raider + all DLC

I have put over 500 hours into TW:WH 1 and over 150 into 2. They are both so epic.

I never played the tabletop but if this game is what is was like I missed out.

The difference with the races is in how they play, obviously. It is why the replay value of these games are HUGE. A playthrough as Greenskins plays way differently than Dwarves and that is what I love about it. Even a playthrough with the same race can be drastically different. My favorite was the vampire counts. They just had the best units to me. The diversity and overcoming odds is what is best about it.

I cannot say enough good things about that franchise. Just a shame games workshop killed the warhammer world. To me Warhammer is the most wonderful universe lore wise I think I have ever played in.

That's why I logged in, and you were faster

Suzie only listed Neverwinter's 40%, STO, PWI and Forsaken World, but not CO... https://www.arcgames.com/en/games/champions-online/news/detail/11015833-save-25%25-on-everything-in-the-z-store%2C-and-bonus-questionite%21

And in CO the Nighthawk event is on as well, you can grab nice freebies while doing aerial bossfights in vehicles.

(this one, returning for a week: https://www.mmorpg.com/champions-online/news/nighthawk-event-sends-you-across-three-crime-scenes-1000049301 )

Yes! I bought a Steam Link almost right away and LOVE it. I use it on wireless (first AC router available. . so nothing too special). It is amazing. Mostly I use it to play Lego games with my son on the TV using 360 controllers. It works very well in my opinion and the new software options aren't as good.

I am going to pick up a second in case the first one ever dies. I am not sure why these didn't sell better. I just buy PC versions of games cheaper and play them on my TV with a controller if I want. Not all games support controller only but you can sort by that option. For the price they are now it is a steal in my opinion. You can fiddle with the options as well if you get lag etc, but I have only experienced that when my PC was under heavy load doing something else at the same time.

I only enjoyed dwarves as well . . then I got TW WH 2. . I started with the high elves and am liking it a lot. . this is not a race I would normally chose (didn't like elves in 1). I have never played the table top but a am a huge fan of the pen and paper Fantasy RPG (1st, 2nd, 4th). I think the large campaign will also be awesome once I finish with the elves.

I had gifted money in my Steam Wallet and picked up ELEX with some of it. I'm loving it.

It's a very good 3rd person, open world RPG with a great story fully voiced-over set in a huge world with factions that each provide their own unique skill lines.

The combat takes some getting used and the enemies are not nearly as segregated by level as most other open world RPGs: you can easily run into critters that will destroy you (dying and/or running away is very much a thing :)) just about anywhere.

It's a post-apoc game with a twist: one of the factions forbids tech and builds and dresses very medieval using swords, bows and magic. Other factions love tech and use Psi abilities and plasma weapons. Weird as it sounds it's a bit like Fallout meets Skyrim all in one world and they make it work both story and combat wise.

Skaven are better as far as I am concerned. Their rat ogres and their wheel are awesome and the expendable units are cheap. Not to mention their poison globadiers are really cool also.

I may buy the steam link. It would ve nice to play games on my TV and for $2.50 it wouldn't be a huge lost.

I picked up Everything during a Steam sale a while back because it looked so different and was inexpensive. It certainly is different but it's basically a kooky New Age lecture with graphics. I just today tried Destiny 2 because it was free -- meh, not bad, not really good, just another game basically. First day's impression anyway. Right now I'm looking at Ylands being on sale...

Still thinking about whether to buy AC Odyssey. I've got so many games in my backlog as it is. By the time I get around to it in 3 years, it will be on sale again for 19.99.

I just got to the outlaw's fort but haven't met Nasty yet. I'm low level and have spent most of my time so far with the Bezerkers and in the Domed City with just a brief side-trip to Hort to gawk.

Haven't really committed to a faction yet. I'm leaning toward the Cleric skills but I'm not crazy about their attitude. The factions are very well done in that there are no definite "good guys." They all have good points and flaws. A post-apoc world during reconstruction, splitting into the factions they have split into with different attitudes toward elex is done in a very believable way.

    There's depth in this story.
