I just got a 66% off coupon for this game from steam. The game is also 20%off. I wonder if the coupon and discount combine...

They stack, i picked this up for 6 bucks and change with the coupon. Also bought Below a really cool looking rogue like that just came out. Now to find time to play them between Christmas shopping and Football is another story...

An excellent parody of Diablo, with a fair bit of poking fun at the original. Mechanics are easy to learn and the dungeons get progressively more difficult as you go down and down to the final boss fight. Each class has unique playstyle and different strengths.

    Lighthearted and enjoyable.

This is the right way to do sponsored content. Post meaningful information about a game, rather than some generic junk that could apply to nearly anything. Talk about a game that is available to buy and play now, not just a fundraising plea for something you hope to build. And give a link to more information about the game (in addition to where to buy it), not just where to buy a game that the reader knows basically nothing about. Why is it so rare for sponsored content to do all three of those? This doesn't seem hard.

I agree fully Quizzical. I think it's tough for this website to tell paid sponsors exactly how to structure the paid content because it's revenue coming into MMORPG which is really important for Bill and the team to bring us great articles and content.

    66% coupon + 20% off works together

This isn't a signature, you just think it is.

For those wondering where the 66% off coupon comes from, if you own Darkest Dungeon you will have the coupon in your steam inventory.

It's a tablet game basically that runs on PC - there is no free movement - your character is locked on a path/rail - because I think this was meant to be played on touchscreen.

The card mechanic is cool but after you get some OP cards the gameplay becomes a joke.

The main campaign is also pretty damn short.

Not bad - but to me just felt like a tablet/casual version of Diablo-light,  once the card mechanic wears off on you (doesn't take long) - the gameplay is just meh.

IMO - there are better games to spend money on.

I agree , but the word Diablo being associated with this in anyway is a disgrace ...(not directed at you Kano ) them and the author of this article ..

I played it last night, If you have the coupon this game is totally worth 6 bucks , Iv spent wayyyy more on worse games, I mean hell i spent more on a 6 pack last night and thats already gone. Even if don't put more than 3 hours into this I already got my moneys worth.

FYI _66% off coupon is available if you already own Darkest Dungeon on Steam, Just apply the coupon at checkout.

The art style of the game is so ugly to me. I hate the idea that every character is a cardboard cutout.
Really ? I love the style. If anyone else is a fan of this style be sure to check out Card Hunter on Steam. If you were a 80's kid and like turn based combat its a must play

That sounds like an awesome feature in a lackluster game. Not enough choice for players in how they want to play their games.
