guys pls help me!!!!! i got damm lags!

in Auto Assault

hi guys...

i install the game  and i got damm lags i cant move,,,

i got 1.84 ghz

512 mb  ram

ati 64 video card

1.5 mb internet speed

what is the problem... why i got so much lags... pls HELP ME guys...

    Turn down all gaphics settings, Make sure that your video card is supported also. Turn off all programs running in the background. To do this go to Start > Run > Type MsConfig > Click last tab > click turn all off. Then restart.

    I couldn't run the game at all until I upgraded from a Nvidia GeForce 64 MB to a 6600GT 128MB.

    I think your card is to low to run the game well. Does it have texture and shader support?

    512 Ram is pretty much the bare minimum for anything nowadays too. if you can buy another 512 stick you'll see a huge difference in everything you use your 'puter for.

    I would double your RAM and get a new vid card, maybe a geforce 7800 gs Overclocked 256 meg (hehe I jsut got this......wooo it screams)

    to buy new ram its will cost a lot for me becuase i got 256mb and 256 mb,,,

    and geforce 6600 256 mb

    its good?

    Yea that vid card is fine, you can get 2 512's preaty cheap, just go to www.pricewatch.com  You can get a gig of ram for around $100, not the cheap stuff either.

    ATI Radeon 9600 PRO 256 MB

    or

    Gigabyte nVIDIA GeForce FX6600 256MB

    Out of those 2 cards, the 6600 256mb. The fx6600 is a generation newer than the 9600. The 9600 is 2 generations old and the 6600 is one generation old.

    Your problem is :

    CPU speed < 2.5g

    RAM < 1.5g

    GPU < ATI / NVidia 256mb bit-burner

    I suspect your MB is also not PCI Express too.

    Time to upgrate *everything* = New Computer.

    Do yourself a favor and have at least a gig of ram to play this game. I have 2 gigs and I think I'm just able to turn everything up and it only lags in the cities infrequently.

    if i will buy new videro card(gforce 6600 256) i will dont have lags?

    (i got now ati radeon 9200 64 mb)

    Ouch,  yes you would do soooooo much better with the 6600 256meg vid card then the 64 meg card --- you still might lag a little because of your memory and processor -- but notthing like you probably are now...

    you will notice a huge huge difference with the new card.
