The launch of the second part of the Tides of Vengeance update to World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth is just around the corner (January 22nd in NA) and the dev team has put out its traditional "survival guide" for fans. The video provides a quick peek at the biggest changes coming to the game with the patch including the new Dazar'alor raid, the newly reworked Azerite armor, PvP Season 2, Mythic+ Dungeon Season 2, updated rewards and more.

Know what's funny? I can get that "WoW experience" by keeping up with changes to the game and lore on WoWHead, MMO-Champion or even the forums. I don't "need" the game at all.
I think I'm done with WoW and may very well be for good this time but at least to the next expansion for sure.

Your in the same position I found myself in last year where I supported and enjoyed the game for 10+ years but felt uninspired and not excited with direction things are going in.
In my case it was all the little changes that individually didn't make me leave however cumulatively they became a problem.
I have gotten about 90 min total new story with 8.1. I know more will open when the new raid releases, but the drip feeding isn't working for me.
I'm not an IT Specialist, Game Developer, or Clairvoyant in real life, but like others on here, I play one on the internet.
