Pve only servers or pernanent pvp flagging per character.
That is what it takes to get me back, nothing else...and hopefully some special ruleset "shard" will deliver on that someday.

No it is not.
It is a game developed by 2-3 people, that had main idea for people to be able to open their own servers.
But lately I just see that they can not cope. They simply can not give enough content with such small team.
Now cosmetics ?
There also needs to be some type of ongoing revenue stream so not selling anything means the game is 100% doomed cause just btp cash is not enough.
