They are so full of shit Caspian is more concerned with keeping his favorite group of plederes happy.
They did not even manage to do a stream on time, Jeromy "Caspian" Walsh is a liar a fraud and a con artist..
If they actually had spent 3+ years on this game they would have something to show us.
And there excuse is ohe there are updates but only for the Exclusive 10k club. Yhea right!
And lets not forget all the Pay 2 Win crap they sell, but it wont be available after launch. But all the money bags that spent money will be so OP they will never be over thrown.
In all fairness they are trying to make something that's new and has actual differences then the endless cookie-cutter-crap that is all we ever see in this genre so I will happily give them the benefit of the doubt and hope for the best. As always only time will tell what ultimately emerges.
People think the game of their dreams can be built in a few years. I say 5 years minimum to just be in alpha then another year to beta then launch shortly thereafter. And a game like Star Citizen will take way longer considering what they are doing.
