With the arrival of the New Horizons update to Skyforge on PC, players will be traveling to a brand new planet to experience the game's largest map to date. The fate of Terra rests in the hands of players as they take on a new race of enemies and explore the planet to learn more of its secrets. Players are charged with eliminating threats and collecting information during their travels. New Horizons will be out for PlayStation 4 and XBox One on April 11th.

    Yea, i used to play Skyforge a lot, then i quit and thought the game wouldnt make for more then a year.
    After 2 years its still up and it has decent expansion release line.
    This shows that it's still popular

    Nah, it is kind of popular in Russia cause it is domestic and they have some population in the west as well but the game is mostly dead. The game's mechanics got really dumbed down a while ago and the "expansions" are really of small and simple.

    This update is even buggier than before.

    As or the game being updated - it's normal for an alpha, de-facto it's not released yet (outside of sales) and all gameplay and progression we see are temporary placeholders.
