Well Comic-Con have a good track record in not making a hash of events so I think Daybreak Games might not actually mess one this up. :)

'the only way he could nail it any better is if he used a cross.'

    Kyleran on yours sincerely

'But there are many. You can play them entirely solo, and even offline. Also, you are wrong by default.'

Ikcin in response to yours sincerely debating whether or not single-player offline MMOs exist...

'This does not apply just to ED but SC or any other game. What they will get is Rebirth/X4, likely prettier but equally underwhelming and pointless.

It is incredibly difficult to design some meaningfull leg content that would fit a space ship game - simply because it is not a leg game.

It is just huge resource waste....'

This was the one game that got me through College. Countless hours raiding with Lotus Cult on Quellios Server. Messing up my last semester and failing my paper that I was supposed to do, ingenious. Alas, there really hasn't been another game like Everquest since then. I did manage to graduate after all.

Interactive art exhibit - to me sounds like the art itself should be interactive.

But from reading the description - the interactive part is talking to devs and artists.

Well what the heck did you expect? A chance to fiddle around with the busty elf sorceress?

True story. I used to soul bind in EQ where I would repop directly in front of a large chested NPC. After dying I needed the extra comfort and affirmation of life.

IMO Keith's work should be front and center. Besides his work for this game, his work on fantasy art novels was among the best of the best.

Oh man ,all i see from this is ...incoming ,another high profit gaming event. This is NEVER about reliving the past or seeing old games in a museum, this is ALWAYS about making money.

So reading over the timeline agenda,,yeah nothing but advertising and selling signed posters. How much a pop $15...$20? So 3k people20 bucks a pop,a cool easy 600k?

Then whatever else they are selling or profiting from, concessions, tickets etc etc.

So it ends with a sort of HYPE session which of course will involve PAID notable people/gamer's to endorse the game.

So this is billed as an INTERACTIVE event but ends with the last sentence...oh and we will allow the audience to share their stories as well.Is this going to be like a magic act, select some paid lackey to sit in the crowd then pick him out to further hype up the presentation?

Ok so i have mentioned DBG since taking over is ALWAYS looking for cheap easy cash grabs,so this fits the bill. However, what is really going on here? Are they going to announce some EQ mobile app/game or simply using this platform to make some cash and just tell people something Everquest is coming.
