Female characters after being in development for how long now...?
    Hey, space boobies take time.
Yes jiggly physics both in and out of gravity can be complicated.... :D

Brenics ~ Just to point out I do believe Chris Roberts is going down as the man who cheated backers and took down crowdfunding for gaming.

How long has this game been in pre-alpha? Did it break the record for money made on a game that isn't even in alpha yet?
Star Citizen has broken that record ages ago.

At the moment it's more interesting whether it'll break the record of most expensive game development.
Pretty much already done that.  It seems $250 million in production costs is the top dog, and SC has that down.   Other games had much more spent on marketing, but as far as production goes, SC is #1 or maybe a close 2. End of this year it will for sure be the biggest ever.

If you are holding out for the perfect game, the only game you play will be the waiting one.

April 2019. <--- this should be hilarious at this point.

Yeah laughably it is in development for the same time as Cyberpunk 2077 while being a much bigger and complicated MMO made by a startup not an established studio.

Is this game ever going to come out? to me its still vaporware thats sucking idiots out of thousands of dollars at times for perks. I mean I been kinda intersted but who knows how much they want to suck you in for to be able to play it even in its currently super buggy state. I am going to laugh so frigging hard if it ends up going under. I will especally point at laugh at the idiots who paid thousands for perks in the game when it does.

You need the basic package which something like $60 for 2 games. That's it.
also look up the meaning of vaporware...a game wher 500devs working on it in 5 studios is not one.

No, it's actually trash right now with extremely little to show for the amount of money and time spent on it. And it's tiny for a space game. Embarrassingly tiny.

Where did you take that from? Never heard of GTA5 development cost?

I'm not here to defend SC, but this is just nonsensical.
There are a few articles from when the game came out. GTA5 cost about $265 million to make and a little less than half of that was marketing costs ($130 million or so).
