I am new to the MMORPG community and I want to try out an MMORPG, but I dont want to make the commitment of spending 10 bucks a month. So i think ill try to beta test a game. Ive beta'd for many other products including (gasp) Half Life 2, Medal of Honor: Rising Sun, Rainbow 6: Raven Shield and many other FPS. So if sombody could give a link to any MMORPG that is currently taking applications for beta testing I would appreciate it.

If your idea of being a BETA tester is to play for free, is it any wonder that MMOGs hit the market with existing bugs?

Beta are for those that care about helping to make a game for release, bugs, exploits, sujections and such. You won't get the true feel of any beta game until close to release date. Please leave the beta testing to those that chose to make a difference in the future of games.
If you think you might be a good canidate for becoming a beta tester, there are plenty of websites on the web. I do no that UXO is going to start taking applications before long, you can also sign up for Ryzom which is accepting beta apps. Try cking with betawatcher.com as well.
