Big fan of what is now being called Thea 1. Haven't yet had time to get into Thea 2. The game can be brutal and you must be prepared to lose important party members or have your settlement attacked repeatedly and wiped out. Every choice matters. Games often say that, but in the Thea games, this is actually true.

I found Thea to be original and involving. Looking forward to giving Thea 2 a try. Titan Quest Atlantis first, though.

Wasn't a fan of Thea 1 , Couldn't get into the card based combat which is odd cause i love hearthstone and Slay the Spire but this felt more like the witcher card game that i hated.

It still has that card combat system, but I like it more than Witcher.  For one, the battle area changes width and there are physical, mental, and spiritual challenges.  That means your tactics are always changing and that you can't just stack up just one way, or I guess you can and then just try to avoid the other types of engagement.

The more I've played the game, the more I'm really liking it.  My only complaint is that there are a lot of functions and some information that isn't well explained through tooltips.   Minor stuff, though.

For a tiny studio, this is really one of the best semi-indie games I've played in a really long time.
