Working as intended?

I just turned my weapon to Schaefer's Hammer, dealing 826% weapon damage for 5 sec. after casting a lightning skill. Being a Crusader, I use Blessed Hammer augmented for lightning damage with Rune and this is bringing down enemies in 'lightning' speed (pun intentional). Is this working as intended?

    well, cranked it up from 1 to 3. But this damage scales with paragon abilities too.

    There are certain points where your power level can jump up due to certain useful combinations. Like stated above, up the levels. you will most certainly hit a wall where you have to rethink and reconfigure your setup and gear.

    'This does not apply just to ED but SC or any other game. What they will get is Rebirth/X4, likely prettier but equally underwhelming and pointless. 

    It is incredibly difficult to design some meaningfull leg content that would fit a space ship game - simply because it is not a leg game.

    It is just huge resource waste....'
