Is a man not entitled to the herp of his derp?

Remember, I live in a world where juggalos and yugioh players are real things.

Its nice knowing Tim Cain and Leonard B are making another instant classic that is releasing soon (the only shame being that Jason isn't involved). I don't know where it will end up in my top 10 all time game list, but I'm certain my top 10 will be adjusted. I didn't even watch he trailer, and I don't know much about the game at all. But I know what I say is true.

Going head to head with Borderlands 3 huh. Can't be good for either game. I know I'll be going with the multiplayer game by default.

I don't know much about games outside my purview, but I wouldn't think one game appeals too strongly to the audience of the other. I know Outer Worlds is a day one purchase for me, and Borderlands 3 is a game I may pick up in three years when the director's cut is on sale for less than $10. For older crpg fans, Tim Cain is like the modern day whoever makes fortnight, Blizzard, whoever makes Destiny, and Division, Bethesda, etc, all rolled into the same company, and that company rolled into one man.

Are there older crpg fans who dislike Fallout, fallout 2, Arcanum, ToEE, and Bloodlines? Sure, the ones with bad taste, so they don't really count. But for the rest of us, any game compared to a Tim Cain developed game is no contest.

Kind hope Tim Cain would rank higher than a few of those examples.

I don't know.. I'm a big fan of Tim's early work but I'm also a massive Borderlands fan and after seeing that extremely rough Outer Worlds gameplay video they put out a while back I'm definitely more excited about Borderlands.

Anyway, they are like a month apart. I wouldn't call that going head to head. Destiny 2 going ftp and launching Shadowkeep less than a week after Borderlands 3 is way more significant.
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.

Its looking interesting, but its hard to get excited for a game that is still over a year away from release.

Looks sketchy so far. Have to keep my eye on this one. I want it to be good.

At least this article provided a good laugh for the morning.  The number of lauded games before release is ad infinitum yet soon as they are released the criticism steadily mounts.  So for all the foolish bravado about how great this game will be, I suggest you wait because it will surely disappoint at release.

I am to the place where I do not buy new games anymore, I wait for a consensus that it is worth playing which in general is rather rare.

I suggest you wait for beta before crowning as the next coming....

It isn't for folks not interested in virtue signaling over things that are free.

    Can't wait for October! :D
