Log Horizon has been my favorite of the trapped in game/mmo style anime. .hack//sign was good for the first one, the rest i didn't care for as much.
Sword Art Online would be up there too, but they rushed through source material or just skipped over it.
The lastest batch of trapped in game, have not been to my liking. But I hope with them bringing these out, that it resurrects interest in continuing Log Horizon.
Though the guy who wrote Log Horizon I believe finished his latest book back in 2018, so he was a little slow to keeping up with source material for the anime creators to go on.
Log Horizon is one of my favorites. Funny no one mentioned Overlord which has a lot of funny moments and some good Myth & Roid music (Voracity). A few more Isekai I enjoy include: No Game No Life, RE: Zero, Konosuba (my favorite for humor!) Parts of Grimgar (I don't mind the slow pace but there is way too much moaning and whining over certain events) Gate is another favorite (top 3) and some honorable mentions: How not to summon a Demon Lord, Death March to the Parallel World Rhapsody, Starting Life in Another World with my Smartphone, Isekai Cheat Magician. And a couple hybrids: And You Thought There is Never a Girl Online?, Restaurant To Another World (For some reason I really enjoy this one...even if a lot of time is spent watching people eat and make surprised faces about how good it is...there's actually a connecting story here). Hope you are enjoying your shows as much!

If you like that kind of thing, you might want to check out wuxiaworld, web novels aren't a new thing, but they do have, imo at least, some pretty good ones there, also shin translations does regular updates for New Gate, which is one of my personal favourites

I wonder whether you remember but I am from Malaysia so Wuxia is pretty big there. I am a huge fan although I am of Indian origin but I am a third generation Malaysian. My grandparents are from Kerala.

Yep the author was sentenced for tax evasion, but who knows different publisher might pick it up.
