They need to standardize it across all games.. something like, recommended specs are for the High preset at 1080p.
They admit this on an article, but refuse to not release without Denuvo.

Once again its the legitimate customers who have to deal with the issues not the pirates.
Also by not disclosing this any huge performance impacts people who do purchase are entitled to a full refund, with deactivation of game through the attorney general for misleading sales information such as not disclosing the additional resource usage due to DRM.

No what I mean is you go to the Attorney Generals office, and "FTC" and file a complaint that states the Pre-Order, or sales box did not inform the customers about "Denuvo" before the sale as a "requirement" or being part of the software.
Thus you demand your money back, can always try calling the company first, and if they refuse then you small claims it.
The only way to stand against Denuvo, the AG themselves, or FTC, doesn't deactivate the key, it gets deactivated because they issue a refund by the game company.
Denuvo, and performance impacts need to be clearly disclosed to consumers on the box, otherwise the consumer just believes they are pre-order, or buying the game only, not additional software / encryption that causes performance issues.
Given Denuvo has proven reputation of performance impacts, if a user can claim in a court that Denuvo does cause performance impacts of some kind then they can win, often it won't even go to court they the "FTC" or "AG" will just reach out with the complaint and you get your money back the company deactivates the key.
Also this works because once you open a package, you buy at a local gamestop, for any reason they don't really accept returns because its been open unless its clearly damaged, thus pointing in your favor because you never knew there was any EULA / Agreement legally before making your purchase.
I'm just saying anyone unhappy with performance impacts of Denuvo should demand their money back, because the system requirements clearly do not list this.
