I still don't understand why AAA developer's like this won't use their game assets to make feature length movies. Hire a couple of script writers to flesh out more dialogue. Maybe hire some good voice-over folks... They have a great foundation for a fantastic animated movie.
Call me deranged, by the story setting in this game reminds me of Anarchy Online.
You're deranged. I got no AO vibe at all from this. All I see is a mixture of Bethesda's Fallout game mechanics slathered with a Bioshock art style, then smashed together with Borderlands mindless gun and run gameplay.
I just mean the setting. Us vs. Omni Corporation. Go drunk, I'm home?

Square has done it with Final Fantasy a few times.

That's exactly what I was thinking when I watched the video: a mix of Fallout and Borderlands. Not that that's a bad thing. Looks great. But if it's an Epic exclusive, I won't be playing it. Frak Epic and their exclusive BS.
I'll be picking this up when it comes to GoG or Steam. EGS exclusive = no buy from me. At least I got plenty of games in my backlog to play until Cyberpunk, and this come out.

Hmmm. Some day maybe. For now, it's a SP RPG, sold exclusively by Epic Games Store.
