    You are going in with queue number 3000 when you get in all the lands are taken. what's the point? I've already given them money on the last server, instead of fixing it they say, look brand new start over so you can pay again. what bull shit is this? It's a big middle finger to the current player.

    Not defending them or anything, but this time you can't get land on launch. It will launch on a Monday 30th, and you can start acquiring land on the 5th. Most server issues "should" be solved by then.

    Honestly I think they came across well in the stream and the cash shop seems fine, the big issue left for many is because of the way labour and land are in AA alt accounts provide a massive advantage and they have stated you are allowed up to 3 so forget trying to compete if you don’t buy 3 accounts. Hopefully they will look at this again though before launch.

    These guys are clearly copying the Fortnite business model, which isn't a bad thing for an MMO... if they stick to it. Well, not totally copying it because there's a box price.
    I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.

    Buy Game + Premium Option + Cosmetic Cashshop (some b2p games anyways with cosmetic cashshop, some are p2wish)

    This is literally Gamigos businesses model - find a company that is on the verge of bankruptcy - buy them for cents on the dollar - and milk the remaining playerbase while putting all games into maintenance mode.

       Well i guess i need to help you , the only noteworthy Dev Gamigo has purchased is ....
         drumroll.................... Trion ...

            Now as they are keeping any worthwhile games from Trion running right now ...

         Now , one would think that people would be happy for the communities that are not losing there game ..

        I know i just stopped playing Rift (Classic eating my time ) 2 weeks ago , but Rift community is happy they have there game ...

          Lets at least give Gamigo some credit here for keeping all these games running ..

         Here aList of Games that Gamigo has shut down ... again Keep in mind that games like Anarchy Online and Puzzle Pirates were Hosted... among some others there ..

                 Those 2 games being the only 2 that most here have ever even heard of .. The only noteworthy 2 which btw are still running by there Parent Dev houses...

        And now the list of games shut down by Gamigo.. This is deavsting so please people be seated ...

    Just confirmed on the "Arche Age Forums" You can't run multiple accounts at once which is stupid for those who enjoy farming, and life skills over other game-play.

    Several accounts from back in the day hundreds / thousnads of dollars on them can't use or even play anymore due to limits.

    Meanwhile games like EVE Online, allow multiple accounts which is the great thing about EVE and why i'd not recommend Arche Age until these changes are reverted, plus better changes to the games cosmetic system, and optional subscriptions.

    Just wait for Ashes, or a better game.

    Sorry, but the people that had 10 accounts going at once, taking up all the decent plots, running down all the prices of packs, did nothing for the game. It may suck for those individual people, but it improves the game for everyone else. Have fun playing Eve. It's also a great game. I do like the commodity/trade aspects of that game a lot.

    Now all that's left is knowing how the regrade system is going to be handled.

Cause unless you do with some of your "insider information" you're just guessing like the rest of us. If you do have some information though please share it with us to prevent people from wasting money on a b2p title that will eventually go p2w.

    Might be right, if they do that new server will die, and judging from the games health on the other servers where it is about 400-500 real ppl with 3-10alts each, game will probably shut down soon after as well.

    Which as much hate as it gets, still a much better game at its core then most mmos on the market today.

    I paid for the basic bundle. If it's trash, at least I will put 50h of gameplay into it.
    If it's not then I can actually enjoy a good MMORPG for 30$ without all these p2w elements that BDO promised not to have yet they did bring them in.

    This is just not right,changing the name just to sell it again,the same mad rush for land will leave many unhappy.
    There is no founders packs,they are cash shop purchases,i can't stand the BS way devs change the terms to sound less intrusive.
    This is imo NOT a good model and they need to fix the land issue,so this new attempt is a two thumbs down.

    Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.

    the problem is simple, people are willing to toss money on this AGAIN, hence why they do they know idi... I mean people will give then money.

    game was good, cash shop killed it, pretty much the very company who created the game wanted it dead, by milking and trion helped to make things worse, now you really do belive, based on what the game is TODAY, will be any diferent? nice they won't sell the p2w things in the cash shop(yet) but the whole system who will support said P2w will possible still be there, to build difficult and stress then when teh p2w elements hit the stop people will buy then just to ease said stress.

    sure we could say no one would be a fool to fall on that, I would say it to buying the same thing over and over.

    you know waht they say about the people who do the same thing and expect a diferent outcome right?

    People who say ArcheAge is pay to win, because they don't know how to win this mmo.
    They rage & quit saying this mmo is dead.
    Feels bad on gamers who waste their time playing other mmo & who don't know ArcheAge exist.
    Gamigo gave us chance, expecially for noob gamers out there to play buy to play version of the game.

    You dont need any insider I formation to realize that P2W items are only a matter of time in this case.

    All of Gamigos games are heavy P2W - fact.

    How else are they going to run the servers when  sales start to dip?

    What did other games do - look at BDO - started out fair - and over time went more and more p2w.

    Same thing will happen here



    Did you watch that stream/video though? What you are saying completely discredits everything they are saying/promising which is why I asked for proof or even a whisper of something you may have heard rather than just speculation. If what you are "guessing" will happen actually happens it will be such a betrayal of trust that everyone giving Gamigo the benefit of the doubt now will never touch any of their titles ever again. Would they really be willing to do that for a few 5k from a few whales? after buying another company for millions?

    I also would like to ask you if that guy sitting in the middle in that stream/video used to work for Trion and is he part of that 25% of Trion staff they kept.

    I'm more curious which of their titles do you currently play/have played in the past that you held in moderate regard (keep in mind that Gamigo owns Aeria Games)?

    yes lieing is bad, no one would do so, everyone only tell you the truth and never hide anything, the world is full of flowers and sunshine.


    not can we stop the deluding part and get real here, PR saying something is at least half a lie, chances they will sell P2W elements in game is pretty huge, why? because the game is made so and I doubt they will put the game to be like it was during alpha when crafting was easy and you had to use previus piece of gear to make a higher grade, hoping for crit of crit, that was a interesting take to make you crafting always and making the old gear matter next, with also make it a certain dependency of others since you have a limit of crafting so you ahd to choose btw buying the ores and other mats or spending labor in collecting then and then wait to craft it another time, the regrade tossed that out of window, crafting and harvesting become useless, and the incredible lower archeum drop make crafting dumb, the crafted gear was traded for dungeon gear, and repeat quests to make heiran weapons

    so yes, knowing wht I did and what I had to do on AA during the years, I hardly would belive in lies of pr people
