I cant understand how people can play these sort of games that require a lot of aiming and moving around with view, on a controller.

Thats like looking at any MMO and saying "Thats a reskinned WoW".
Very basic logic skills, might want to go level up.
But people have been doing that very thing for years...
I want a mmorpg where people have gone through misery, have gone through school stuff and actually have had sex even. -sagil
The Quote about ASSUME is in play here.
Don't assume. It's a completely different and deep game. There's actual RPG mechanics. But sure... Minecraft.. uhhuh.
I doubt it comes to pc because the Phyre engine was developed by Sony to work across all their consoles. However according to the wiki the Phyre engine should be able to run on the PC in both opengl and Dx so who knows maybe possible.
Square Enix is behind it,the graphics look clean albeit still low palette textures.JRPG elements yep sounds like it could be ok,too bad i'll never know because i'll never buy another console ever again.
As to the engine looking like a Minecraft copy, well i am sure SONY stole some ideas but overall it is their engine and even won some awards and is open source and runs on open gl.So bottom line this is not a Minecraft engine albeit looks like one.

"I'll never grow up, never grow up, never grow up! Not me!"
Not sure the intent of your comment but you know there is a LOT of truth to that statement in a LOT of games.
I hardly ever hear anyone mention it but i notice it a lot,the cheaply made, low testing games have very few colors. It tends to be easier on the rendering with less of anything and everything.
I have seen a LOT of games garner high fives yet the scenes are but 1-2 colors,VERY lazy work.
Obviously in a Minecraft looking game it is easier to pull off more, the poly counts are so ridiculously low that they wouldn't even need to test their maps/gameplay.
However colors give maps separation, they give the entire game a more realistic feeling.Honestly when i see games and everything in the map seems to be affected by a blue hue lighting,i get real turned off. Then i get even more miffed when i see people saying ...oh that looks great !!!...grrr.
My entiure point is that there is give and take, this game has some positives and some negatives but in the end, does it look good enough to play,is the design interesting or fathomable.I think it is good enough not great but likely won't leave you pissed off you bought it.
