Tibia problem plz help!

Hi i have a problem with tibia and i hope someone here can help me..? image

The problem is that i cant get in the game and in the tibia website..

When i try to connect to the game i come to the window where it stands Please wait connecting to the game world! and that is showed the hole time..

And when i try to get in on there website there is only a white window..??

 

Plz help me... image

    Have you ever been able to connect before?  It is quite possible that the sever hosting the game and the site is down or crashed or is being moved.  But, anything like matinence to the server should have been announced before it was done.

    I haved play tibia for a long time with this computer and it worked perfectly but now.. i cant connect! My friends can play but not me.. and i haved try to login on another computer and it worked there!!!

    There must be something with my options on the computer or something????

    I dont see why virus protection software would matter.
