Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.
A bit of constructive criticism on the hardware review: you mention airflow concerns on the case, so it would have been nice to see CPU/GPU temps at idle and under load. Also, while I understand the reasoning behind using your personal monitor for testing, I disagree with it, as I just can't imagine the target demo for a mid-range gaming PC is already rocking an $800 monitor.
Nope. Not an advert. This site took zero dollars for this review...as we never do for reviews. If we ever take money for content it will be labeled as "Sponsored" and it will just be general information - not opinionated.

After all these years you think people would get that. Not sure how much clearer it needs to be.
Apart from your claim that this opinion article is an advert being factually incorrect, I would love for you to produce objective, irrefutable, unassailable proof that this article is indeed an advert. I'm willing to bet it will be impossible to conjure up said proof because this claim is baseless and without merit.

Not sure why you say that replacing the video card would be a pain, i have an ibuypower that came with a GTX1060 and i just swapped it out with a RTX2070 super and there was no issues.
I can build a PC, but i hate doing cable management, im ok with paying extra to not have to do it.
Brenics ~ Just to point out I do believe Chris Roberts is going down as the man who cheated backers and took down crowdfunding for gaming.
Bro, we are all free thinkers to some extent here, but thanks for looking out? lol
Mostly I look at these hardware articles as "hey check this out" Sometimes I've never seen whatever it is they they feature, other times I've seen it before. Either way I'll take their opinion and pull what I want from it. Not all hardware reviews here are "glowing". Honestly it takes me all about 30 seconds to decide whether I feel it's crap or not and move on, good for them if they found some positives in something I could care less about.
With ibuypower specifically, they are literally located next door to NZXT, so you can get NZXT components in your build for pretty much no markup, which is nice.

Likewise, never had a problem. I've had mine since June 0f 2013.
Many of us would love for that poster to say anything that is based on fact.
If you want a new idea, go read an old book.
In order to be insulted, I must first value your opinion.
Of course you can build one better with higher quality parts and such. But for the price they put on them they are a solid choice for someone without the knowledge to build one. Better then an extremely overpriced Alienware pc which basically has the same stuff in it.

Sure, you can do that. But then you implicitly paid for a $200 video card that you're not going to use. That seems like a waste of $200.
As to your 5G claim, that got another laugh from me. You do realize that 5G range is only 500 meters, hence if your 5G tower is not within 500 meters, no 5G and the signal degrades as you get farther from the tower so after about 300 meters you will more than likely only get 4G throughput. None of the carriers have the funding to put that many towers up so you will be more than likely looking at 5G only in concentrated population areas for the near future.
Ibuypower does make a decent computer for those that don't want to build their own.
