Most likely they are flat and uncolored in sound response being that they are studio headphones. They are open backed headphones so they most likely have a wider sound stage as well.

I've been using the Beyerdynamic DT 880 Pro Headphones and they're great. I've been told that the DT 990's are a bit more 'bassy' while the DT 880's are a bit more 'punchy' or mid-range focused. Music fans might enjoy the 990's a tad more depending on the genre. For metal music and crisp game sounds, the 880's are excellent.

'This does not apply just to ED but SC or any other game. What they will get is Rebirth/X4, likely prettier but equally underwhelming and pointless.
It is incredibly difficult to design some meaningfull leg content that would fit a space ship game - simply because it is not a leg game.
It is just huge resource waste....'
