When an MMO is added to steam usually that means the game is going under. They'll probably add a few players but for a short time.

Honestly this game is a lot of fun. Shame people are not giving it a chance. Everyone feels unique and that is the most important thing to me in any game.

Funny. I'm a "p2p games are better" kind of guy, but now that it's going to be free I'll give it a shot. Gee, I wonder why companies do this that.

    F2P won't save it.

I'm not sure I've ever seen a group of developers so blatantly screw over their supporters. Promise PvP to get crowd funding, switch to PvE to get Steam sales, then switch back to PvP, then go free to play. If these guys have any desire to salvage their reputations, they need to step up and offer unrestricted refunds to both their original backers and Steam purchasers.

I don't think these guys know what they are doing and all because they never had enough money to make a AAA game.Pvp on off/restricted is still a mess, you cannot have pvp in a mmorpg,it does not work.

I used to think it is impossible to have homes in these games but after seeing it in Atlas,i know it is very possible if you keep land claims down to a reasonable size "Atlas land claims are too big imo"and if the population is not over crowded, something this game will never have to worry about.
So here lies the problem, free trial players cannot own land ,pvp is still up in the air, maybe in a month it is all changed again and again, maybe the whole game is f2p with a full blown cash shop,it is just a mess.

There is potential in this game but i have seen potential before but the problem always remains with developers with poorly implemented ideas.

IMO this will not save the game, likely not much work gets done on this game anymore as imo they are in a mode that is strapped for cash and if their hope is to influx players for pvp then ....sigh,,gl in future endeavors as this one will fail.

I bought this game a year ago or so and I have some characters there, land peace and visit it from time to time. But what all these moves of developers convinced me of is that I should not invest into anything within this game as I have no guarantees what so ever - they jump from one extreme to a totally opposite, change their mind all over in a short time and have no vision what they actually want their game to be aside that they want more players. Actually money of players, who would doubt that - it's normal for business but can money come to one who does not stand for their word and only constant thing in their policy is that nothing is constant and stable.

    F2P won't save it.

It's not Free to Play - it's Free to Try just the same as WoW.

as far as I saw by now it's not that they lied - they just can't make up their own mind: one day they want one thing, couple months later they announce new release with totally opposite game rule-set... and it's not one occasion, but happens constantly... so with the developer of this kind you must know, that what they promise today might be changed some time later, or never happen at all as they'll change their mind.

These guys remind me of a couple of indecisive children that can't make up their mind over what flavour ice-cream to eat..... At the moment they've got a combination of flavours that very few are keen to endure.

Jesus read some of the Steam reviews about the developers......Not sure it's even worth trying for free....
