Recommend me a mmorpg that offers FREE character boost to max level. If such game exists please let me know.

    What?

I mean that you can only play in the end game without wasting your time leveling.

SWTOR and EQ2 come to mind. But I think you have to pay (in one form or another) for them.

My guess is, the OP's issue is exactly that second part, pay in any form :)

There are countless of games now with the feature (sadly, imo, skipping the entire game is a bad practice), but there's always something in return, one way or another.

Could be straight out real money (either as a flat purchase, or bundled into something, an expansion purchase for example),
or in-game money (which of course means you spent a lot of time in the game already while you gather the sum), or even free - if you already have an endgame character, so in practice it's just for alts, and not for a starting player.

Then there are the games with quasi "free" levelcap, DCUO or CO comes to mind where even as a totally new player you can get to the cap in mere days - but of course that's just the doorway to the mentioned "can only play in the end game without wasting your time leveling"... since you'll still waste a lot of time while grind yourself to "endgame-ready".

I doubt there are games with the setup you seek, free jump to the end right off the bat. It kinda contradicts the whole point of MMORPGs. (that's why I don't like much the paid options either, but it's just my opinion)

A part of me wonders why but:

Anyway are you talking PvE, PvP or both?

There are games with a PvP side which offer a "capped" experience pretty much from the start (you may need to acquire a few levels in a tutorial say). Whilst playing in these "capped" experience you gain experience though and - in time - will be able to transition to "max level" stuff.

When it comes to PvE games though .... none really. Yes many games will sell a "boost" to "max level" but most of the time getting to "max level" is the trivial part. Its what comes after that gives rise to a characters "power".

I suggest you take over a friend's account when they are done playing it. That way, you will be max level, it will be free, and you will already have done everything without needing to play! That's gotta be so much fun!

Buying the WoW's latest expansion gives you a free lvl up token.
