They seem to be aiming to be the next Project Entropia for anyone wondering  (looking at their preorder/presub rewards, their limited interviews, and similar).    If you rewatch the trailer you'll probably go "Yep that makes sense", at least I did after rewatching.

Practice doesn't make perfect, practice makes permanent.

If that is the case then it will be a hard pass for this one. Casino Entropia is a scam.

This reminds me of a mixture between Wildstar and Fortnite.

Hmmm, definitely elements of Entropia, but also No Man's Sky, Second Life, and Dual Universe. Could be pretty good if they get the right mix. I keep waiting for a game where the world changes according to what the players/characters do, sort of like Eve Online but with more solid ground and stuff.

Already got much better with Atlas and looks a heck of a lot better than this looks.

In Atlas i feel like the world looks realistic, this looks more like a video game than a world. This game/team definitely look to be delivering a very low poly game. This means it is much less about modern tech as they claim and more about keeping poly counts low to allow lots of players.

To me it doesn't look all that promising, just some low tech trying to deliver another empty world, similar to a survival game.

Atlas? Decent enough if you want to stick with swashbuckling on old-timey sailing ships.  Great character appearance customization! If you only want to make piratey or sailor types.
