Which MMO Features Would You Want IRL? - Michael Bitton - MMORPG.com
Part and parcel of the evolution of the MMO genre has been a drive to make things more convenient and efficient, for better and worse. But unlike MMOs, some of these features would be pure upgrades for real life. Here are a couple of MMO features I’d love to have IRL.

Healing is #2;
Super Jump is #3;
Matter Energy Transport (beaming places and similar traits) is #4
Summon food, drink and beer is #5,
EQ1, EQ2, SWG, SWTOR, GW, GW2 CoH, CoV, FFXI, WoW, CO, War,TSW and a slew of free trials and beta tests
Titles which make me sound very important.
Xmas pressies which when opened may contain an actual gift, nothing at all or part of a gift that needs many others to make a an actual item.
The ability for anyone in my local region to speak and be heard by everyone else. The ability of those over the age of 20 to speak and be heard by anyone in the world.
Being able to fit so many people into a room, you do not know when one person ends and another begins. Cosy.
Being able to take every herb from peoples gardens, chop down every tree in the park and put an arrow in any critter that passes my way. Sparrow are you looking at me?

A journal that records everything that I know for future reference.

Trainers who instantly teach you a lifetime worth of knowledge for a few bucks.
