DDO vs Dungeon Runners

I've been waiting to hear about the pricing model of NC Soft's Dungeon Runners... and they just announced it at E3.
I think the two games are the most comparable - since both are basically dungeon crawlers using all instanced dungeons. DR is going to be free to download and free to play with costs for access to certain things and elite loot. DR is also going to have all random instances instead of static instances, like DDO.
What do you guys think about this? Will it draw a bunch of DDO players over to it? Its not d20 rules, but the gameplay and style is pretty close.
