Never got past level 30 in this game..
might be willing to plunge into it
but i want some questions answered first.
- till level 30 the zones feel small and narrow, will this open up later in game and in the expansion? I love huge open zones..
- how much time does playing trough all the main storie(s) take?
- how much do you enjoy the combat?
- what endgame progression systems are there?

Once you hit 50 and flesh out the skills though it gets better and starts to make sense as to why it is a bit longer - it leads to weaving off-cooldowns.
The world (and zones) get much bigger as you progress through expansions.
End game is one of three things:
Gear Grinding through raiding
Crafting (very much endgame here)
Collections (pets, mounts, glamour, what have you)
i read about the combat improvements at higher level..
omly restriction i see there, is that everyone (class) has the same skills
but i guess having a huge amount of skills allows you to play in your own way a bit?
Another thing that got me wondering is how the pvp seems to make no sense to me.
another question, can you level 2 classes paralel on the story and side quests, and all those other great ways to make XP?

You can use different classes during the story and side quests, but honestly later on story / side quests give very little exp and I found doing dungeons was the quickest way to level while doing roulettes each day to get tons of exp. I mean obviously still do the story quests as you need them to get into the later expansions.
The PvP in the game isn't very good and never really has been. I did it quite a bit just because it was something else to do but it never felt balanced and the devs very obviously did not care about PvP content.
thats why i in general do rus as a caster dps..
or healer... in most games you can just follow the others and learn along the way..

To each is own; but in some cases it helps to know where or where not to stand. That an in a few cases where you need to TP back to the start of a dungeon, people have been left behind not knowing they needed to tp out.
got 2 classes and the main story to level 15...
since in tend to read quests, the experience was quite enjoyable
altough skills come very slow to the classes..
Just got my first airship ride..
i guess its time to level a 3rd class to 15..
so far the guild quests/stories where quite enjoyable
and gave a lot of background to the story..
seems i can go to 35 on the free account..
more then enough time to make up my mind... when
