  I have 512 ram, at least i did in my two weeks it took to reach max level and quit. Very long load times, baaad lag. you will want to have at least 1 gig, the game engine is brutal resource hog. You'll need to make sure nothing else is running in the backround.

  100%. Its basically run from one instance to the next, nothing else. get a quest from a static NPC, run to a glowing portal, do instance, exit, repeat. No exploration, no travel.
  
  3. is there a lot of charcter copys from books like leg0las or drizit names like that ( i hate them so much lol)
  Tons. But who cares. The main thing is all charactor feats/skills/pells are the same, because all dungeons are the same. They never change, so everyone knows after running them over and over what spells/skills/feats are best. All cookie cutter builds, which is even worse. But I digress.

  Do the 7 day trial first, I am pretty sure you will be glad you did. You'll save $50. The game is very much like GW meets Pac-Man. Same instanced dungeons over and over and over..

  ya i am downloading the 7 day demo thing i am only wanting to try this game since my this may be the only mmo to be set in the legend of drizzit ( i love the setting ) i would love to explore mythral hall or run threw the city of silverymoon

  well don't get your hopes up for travelling just yet, the current setting is in (and under) Stormreach and the surrounding areas.
  
  Yes everything is instanced for better or worse, hopefully they add some exploration zones someday, but I enjoy it as a great group-based game.
  
  
  
  
  I imagine the game will expand its territory as modules and expansions are released.

  Whoa. Stop right there. You're setting yourself up for disappointment Eberron (where Stormreach resides on the continent of Xen'Drik) is not where Drizzt is from. It's completely different realm. no Drizzt, no Cattie-Brie, etc. You're looking for Forgotten Realms, DDO is not based in Forgotten Realms it's based in Eberron.
