Battle passes are worse then loot boxes locking content for those who don't pay the 20 or so dollars.

Still looks like a game that was originally going to be a moba then they decided to just make it open world.

QFT. What do you even get for $20+ a crack for most of these "Season passes", which release usually every 3 months or so depending on the game?

People get all fired up about loot boxes, but then spend 5x that on season passes. People are just so easily tricked....my god it's comical. Then you have BL3 charging people $50. Talk about LOL worthy.

Scared for a second when I misread the title as Cyberpunk :)

Nope, you sell the game that is it that is all. This after market crap needs to stop,it is pure greed because of the investors and publishers and well greed.
A cash shop will NEVER be a FAIR market idea,it is only there to make more money on top of the already made money from the sale.

If i join a game i bought,i want access to the ENTIRE game, idc if you make some "cosmetic" i want it,i paid for the game i want the WHOLE game.

I see how these work though,a large number of gamer's were never there, they grew up with this crap and think it is acceptable, the norm.
We played shooters,Unreal Quake whatever,we never paid for any seasons pass or any kind of after market crap.We could play these online for years,10+ years if we wanted.

The thing is once a cash shop starts it is open season, you never know one day to the next what is coming to the cash shop.
It is not like "reputation" matters anymore either, these studios close up shop and reopen as a new LLC,new brand, you'll never know who your buying from.

This business model is 100% fair. You buy the game and can do all the PvE/PvP content 100%.
And who cares if there is a Ingame shop where you can buy a Fancy Pet or Mount?

Aslong you can play the game, enjoy endgame, and get even cooler items from raid.

    This is great!
