Did not like this game for 2 reasons IMO

     1. forced lousy race selections in party ( i do not want a Lizard man or undead ) i want to kill Lizard men and undead ..

2, same tired and boring gameplay that was abused in the first , spending the entire game repeating the same thing i did in DOS 1 .. Abused enviromental gameplay .. And who the fuck is leaving all these barrels around anyhow ?

Let me fix the title for you. MMORPG has received $ and it's pushing old games in a "random" promotion.

I played it before they had this edition and completed it but I think this edition has additional content so I might want to play it again. I will definitely change the whole group make up. I played Sebille , had Red Prince, Ifan and Beast as party members.

Had to laugh at that one since the same thought has crossed my mind.

I've been replaying Skyrim lately and I had forgotten how they also have some environmental effects. But much, much less frequently than the D:OS series and in a way that makes sense for the dungeons that do have them.

D:OS overdoes the crap out of it.

But those barrels and effects can damage you too and help the enemy. You recall that whole fight with the oils that took almost over an hour. They kept regenerating because of all the oil barrels. Thank heavens it was turn based.

I do wonder if one day all new games will come with a canned voice over from a streamer, maybe with a UI window you can open showing him making stupid faces. What a glorious age of gaming this is. :)
