    The problem with the multiverse idea is that every comic studio has to have it, every comic character has to have their own one, every age in history has to have an alternative comics version. It is a classic example of a good idea done to death, I think DC started the idea not Marvel so we know who to blame. :)

    I think its just being over done as you point out. Having thing pop up from time to time and having big stories pop up out of it is awesome. But it should be a side dish not the main event.
