Mass MC Attunement and Open Raid

The Hordes of Haven is sponsering a mass Molten Core attunement run on Saturday 5/13. 

Then the next Saturday we will be sponsering two open MC raids.

    We had a good bit of interest in the attunement.  We went through more then one Warlock's soulshard supply.  Don't forget to join us Saturday 5/20 for the raids.

    Why the hating?  His guild is just trying to organize something for the benefit of lots of people.  You can tell from the website that they've devoted a significant amount of time trying to create a good gaming community, and they're not asking for very much in return.  Looks a lot like "sponsoring" to me.

    those open MC runs are gonna fail severely! iv only ever seen ony runs work when there pugs.. anything pug above ony will never work!

    Funny, because I could swear a random MC run on EU-Ravencrest killed Ragnaros two weeks ago.

    It all depends on the players you get and how its gonna work but in general open mc can be a total bitch.

    Yeah.  A PUG can do it - just requires some tight management and communication.  A lot of guilds use Ventrillo.

    We don't honestly believe that we will get that far with these first two attempts.  However we would love to be surprised.  In my guild only the GM has played a high level character before and been in a raiding guild.  The rest of us picked up the game back in October and didn't reach 60 until a few months ago.  We would like to use these attempts to meet some new people and maybe we can use these contacts to organize better for future raids.  The GM was surprised that we got as many people to go on the attunement run as we did so hopefully pleasant surprises rule that day as well.
