I never saw a reason to join a guild in ESO because everything I did felt pretty easy...i am not even sure if I ever died before leaving. Maybe to a world boss or something, but most of the gameplay was just lame.
Sound like the average PUG player who then cries when we do a VET DLC dungeon proceeds to get destroyed over and over again and then blames the game for crap mechanics.
Laggy? You must be on a 5 years old system, game plays smooth as butter for me. Antiquities is meant to be a grind if anything it needs more grind. Main story isn't compelling? Why because they don't give it all upfront?
Its a year long storyline. Vampire revamp is on point, new game systems in, continuing optimization of the client.
This game is on point . 6.5 sounds like a hater TBH since you rate it higher then Fallout 76...
You seem really easily triggered by people's opinions about this crap game. xD xD xD
I've had ESO since 2015 when it was still relatively good and provided some type of challenge.
I used to play on a really old PC and getting about 40 FPS on Mid-Low settings was all I neded.
Now I can run the game maxed out, but since it's a dumbed-down piece of garbage that even a piece of brick can play and excel at it, I don't bother playing it.
The story is a watered down and jumbled mess unless you know how to play the zones in the correct order. DLCs and Chapters are scams and now are getting smaller and smaller. Chapters used to be a lot big, like Morrowind, Summerset and Orsinium.
Elsweyr is probably the first joke of a Chapter that's just two small DLC zones that aren't even bordering each other... what kind of joke is that? And Greymoor is smaller than some DLC zones like Thieves' Guild or Dark Brotherhood. Whoever still pays for this scam definitely has not reached the 3-digit IQ count.
And don't even get me started on the dumbed-down combat or the easy mechanics that if you're having trouble with the game one must be mentally deficient. The game is so easy that nothing feels rewarding about it. I can play 20/7 and sleep for 4 hours and even if I dedicate my life to this game, there is no sense of accomplishment because it's so dumb and easy.
It's a nice game to login and casually play for a bit. The story is ok. As a vamp I'll probably spend most of my time in stage one just as I spent most of my time in stage four before the changes. I'm not feeling compelled to play the story on my alts at this point.

Greymoor is certainly beautiful, to its credit. It's set in Skyrim's dreary, marshy northwestern corner, which nevertheless manages to show how far ESO’s graphics have come since we saw the eastern half of the region at launch back in 2014.
