I forgot about this game. Still torn on isomeric view, but it looks fun regardless.
Was just reading the forums. First thread I find is will there be player housing. While this isn't really the type of game I would expect to find player housing in, it's sad how many folks hate the idea all together, like they think players would spend all their time in it and not the game. I've actually found the opposite to be true in games with player housing. Populated hubs will always be a thing in an MMORPG.
If watching this gameplay video does not make you want to play this game. Its ok, move on. This is kinda what I envisioned if Shadowrun was made into an MMO.
Signed up for Beta as soon as it was available. This is NOT an ARPG. Its an MMORPG with a DOTA vibe. Excited, especially the music in the gameplay video was amazing and it seems to be coming together nicely.

'This does not apply just to ED but SC or any other game. What they will get is Rebirth/X4, likely prettier but equally underwhelming and pointless.
It is incredibly difficult to design some meaningfull leg content that would fit a space ship game - simply because it is not a leg game.
It is just huge resource waste....'

Wow, first I heard of this. I went to the site and was very excited to find the rpg systems and mechanics isn't complete shit for console dummies. You can pick up to three specializations and each gives a pretty good buff to something (like warrior gives +10% to attack power or something), out of 9 specializations, and each has a tree with tiers. In the post someone said you get 54 skill points at lvl 40, so definitely decent chardev.
Crafting seems normal and hopefully they don't allow everyone to max all crafting professions.
I'm not a huge fan of arpgs, and i have no interest at all in MOBAs or DOTA, but as of right now i am definitely picking this one up. Games with non-sophomoric rpg systems are too rare nowadays to skip any that could possibly scratch my mmorpg itch.
This is pretty much one of the only few MMOs currently on my radar.
Looking forward to the beta.
Hopefully getting access to it won't be a matter of this "Founder's Pack" meta BS.

Yeah specially when this is the first you've heard of this. Nice to have a forum to discuss, and read.
