A recent thread on the World of Warcraft forums points to an issue with characters mysteriously deleveling, or in some cases, missing entirely on Khadgar, Customer support says they have been made aware of the issue and they are looking into it.

    This is just Khadgar's revenge for not laughing at all his horrible jokes back in legion. "Who's laughing now?!?!"

    So apparently an old backup of character data got restored.
    Kind makes you wonder about their statements of being unable to restore characters after your account gets hacked....

    Lost my mind, now trying to lose yours...

    Well I believe in my signature it says something about NEVER believe anything a spokesperson says,they are 100% shills and will never give you a 100% honest answer or response.

    Well if a business/government cares so little about YOUR safety,your life that they would outright LIE, just imagine how little a game studio cares about you and would lie to you?

    Well the data does get purged at some point... So i guess it is a matter of how long ago you got hacked and exactly what you need restored =P

    Something has been going on at Blizzard the entire  last week.Playing HS i get all kinds of bugs and the game feels super glitchy/laggy.As well my name shows up scrambled and players are disconnecting way too often.

    So it is like whoever is watching over server maintenance of their games is AWOL or they are changing up the service teams and not telling anyone.
    I am not even sure we can take their word for claiming they are aware and on top of it,what else would they tell us?Would they say they are not able to figure it out and have no clue what is going on,not likely.

    Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.
