    A lot of the questions were not really opposites however.

    Well, that is beacause they are not supposed to be, but i'm sure you fell more one way than the other. By the way, most of my friends are dolphins! hehe.

    WEAKNESSES :
    - Sometimes It is difficult to recognize what they want.
    - They can change constantly and impede the death of a new idea if it has not been tested or if it has not reached it process of maturation.

    TRAITS :
    - They are highly intuitive.
    - They are proactive and open to change.
    - They hold onto or take a pause to think and change course.
    - Their style of learning is that of the HOLIST.

    DEVELOPMENT OF LEARNING SKILLS:
    - Practice constantly to see BEYOND the day by day.
    - When you find an alternative, keep looking new alternatives and choose the best.
    - Keep track of your decisions and actions.
    - Evaluate your results and establish the necessary adjustments.
    - Before eliminating a project or stepping into a new phase, identify the true reasons of the change and make a qualitative and quantitative evaluation.
    - Communicate the reasons of why a change is needed to your collaborators. Make your collages and collaborators or pairs participate in those processes of analysis and decision.

    just a bit of feedback here.. the questions are a little difficult to compare. as somebody earlier said, they aren't opposites. while i understand they don't necessarily need to be opposite, they should relate to one another in some way, otherwise it's difficult to decide which you agree with more in your mind, and may lead to innacurate question answers.

    just my 2p

    Thx man, any good intelligent feedback is welcome. I will look into it, maybe I didn't translate the questions propely, English is not may native language. Try the Big 5 test , I think thats the best test there.
