Yup, I'm finally going to stop playing EQII.

Been playing this game since European Beta and I've loved every minute of it, I cannot recommend enough to anyone that has not tried it to do so Immediatly.  You wont regret it.

I shall spend a few days away from the whole MMORPG scene for a bit and then I'll start on finding another game to takes it place.

Suggestions on any?

How come you are calling quits?  Just seemed an appropriate question.

Wow I cant believe it took that long for somebody to show up and say that.

Anyways to the OP; If you are looking for another MMO id susgest WoW if you want something similar to EQ2. I play both games and they are both very good all around. And if you want something thats single player id also susgest Oblivion like an above poster did, maybe even NWN if you havnt played that. You could also sign up for betas for Cronicles of Spellborn and whatever else.

Pretty much exausted EQII and unfortunatly becoming more and more bored with it...which is really sad because I absolutly love it.

I'm pretty certain I want to play a MMORPG again, and I would like something that wasn't so much like EQ2, i.e. WoW (I liked Wow and thought it was a well made game, just didnt offer anything different to EQII).

Eve, I have tried a 14 say trial and found it to be very complex and entertaining for a while but as time progressed I became less and less interested and cancelled before I was charged.  (not to say the game is crap, because I dont think it was at all.  I liked how complex and involving it was...but it just wasnt for me)

I tried Lineage II a few years back but I could not get used to the Click to Move system, I know thats superficial but I get annoyed at that type of thing.

yeah Eve was also very complicated for me :P

So u really recommend EQ2? are u sure? because I have heard so many things about that game, but I guess Ill try...when I get Vanguard though...so I get a station thing whatever the name is...

for now I recommend u hmm HMMM WoW gets boring, but if you haven't play it...go ahead.

Well I kind of agree that i WOULD reccomend it. But only to people who were pretty new to MMO's. I just found EQ2 (as an experienced MMO gamer) to be way too much like EQ1. I just felt like after 2 years of EQ1 all I had gained was some grafix.

New player = Try EQ2 and you will probably have loads of fun

Seasoned MMO player = Youll be bored out of your skull inside of 6 weeks.
