Legend of Ares - don't name a game that has nothing to do with the Greek Gods...

Can someone please tell what the hell Ares, Athena and the rest of the Gods have to do with Asia and the type of characters that are in game. Armor sets, weapons and so on. If you name the game from the Greek God era at least make the game look like it...

    It was part of the story line. Basically Ares wants all the people to worship him and Athena dislikes this idea because she loves beauty and asks a different country to not worship Ares. Well the Empire doesn't like the idea of the Alliance not worshiping their god so they declare war on the Alliance. That's basically the backdrop of the story.

    .you know that their intentions was to draw in players with a flashy name with the word "Ares" in it. which immiediately makes people think of the greek god Ares which is the god of war. after testing the game for a week and a half and without seeing the word Ares once implemented in the game (besides the "back story" ) i think it is stupid for them to name it that and its just another asian grind/potion spam game..

    In a smart move, the sell button (right-click on a vendor) describes:

    "Want to sell everything?"

    After brave test,I found it only sells the item you right-click to sell on. By the way,it doesn't tell you right-click is the sell button on vendors.

    Also don't make games that mess around with people like that. Still,I'll play on. Just to see whether the PvP is any good,and doesn't go down the Knight Online path of crapness. It doesn't lag like Knight or have a crap UI like it,for starters.

    The usual annoying community of non-helpers though! Why can't EVE's community be a model for other MMO's to follow? Is it so wrong to ask a question?

    First of all there is no Ares other than the Greek God Ares... there is no Athena other than the Greek Godess Athena... maybe you should read some books. Or maybe the creators of this game should read books and instead of making a game about someone elses heritage or history and turning it into a low class game like this one maybe they should ridicule their own heritage...

    al these asian styles are starting to anoy me... Even GW has this asian shit in their expansion pff

    I played it for around 2 weeks or so, rolled an Archer as i just prefer the ranged typr class.  But archers are totaly gimped and yet again mages kill everything in 3 hits why i spend 30 arrows per kill :D  Even warriors do more dmg and they are meant to be tanks with high armour!

    Anyway another hardcore grinding game with super high level mages that 3 hit everything.  Not the worst game ive played and i suppose you carnt complain about a free game.

    I dont realy mind grinding, i like the competitive side but maybe it could have repetitive quests, like find 10 magic potions from orgre's and return them back to me for 100exp blah blah, would make all this farming a tiny bit more 'fun'.
