    Cyberpunk 2077 will now be released in the year 2077 when they have finally had time to get all the bugs out.

    I think it is worth mentioning that if CP 2077 had not been presold up to the hilt, they would not have as many idiots online cursing them. I am fully in favour of waiting till the game is ready; if you sell everything and the kitchen sink to players before the game is out they feel a sense of entitlement about launch which is lacking from those of us who do not pre-purchase. But we are all responsible for our own actions, that is not in any way an excuse for their behaviour.

    Metzen on "memories",memories don't make great games and tabletop doesn't either.Tabletop was amazing,great fun 30-40 years ago because we couldn't do the rpg genre any better on pc...yet.This would be the same as saying ,I have fond memories of my old Nike hi tops lol,a thing of the past should remain in the past because the yare outdated and imo no longer relevant.

    Now we can bring rpg's to life or at least COULD that is if devs quit making crap cash shop games made for mobile.Point being Metzen imo is looking for an EASY OUT,a cheap platform to deliver games and using the "tabletop" idea as an excuse more than a benefit to incoming games.

    Shadowlands "takes you deep into the heart" yeah no kidding,typical Blizzard,let's make a RAID,an INSTANCE because it is easy and effective for drawing in shallow minded rpgr's.

    know how much I like instancing>>0/10
    Know how much I care about raiding >>0/10.
    I care about the presentation,the exploration,the world,the systems,the class designs etc etc,in other words I care about the RPG more than cheap gimmicks like "we have RAIDS !!".

    So as we move from 2010 through to 2020 nothing has evolved or changed,still seeing devs jump on ARPG's,BR's,cash shops/monetization and raiding as a sales gimmick.I hope SOON in the near future we can get some real dev work and we see some creative new rpg's.


    Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.
