Why do you keep repeating yourself?
So what if it's not an MMO. There are many Games covered here.
Maybe try to be more constructive.

It is Early Access, so I look forward to a review at launch and wonder why anyone would play it now.

It doesn't matter. It brought you here, to post that comment. And while doing so, you have to maneuver around ads and other flashy content, which is exactly what the mmorpg.com staff want you to do.

    Mission accomplished.

...well, I'm not staff.   I'm just a freelance writer who happens to have a weekly obligation.  I get paid the same no matter who clicks on the article.  =)

My mission is just to talk about cool games that I enjoy, mostly MMOs and RPGs where I can, but whatever catches my eye in general.   My only real objective, if I had one, would be to spotlight indie studios that I think are doing cool things and drive a little extra traffic their way if I can.

Well, as a fan of other games like RimWorld, I'd just say that it's because the games are super fun.  I've played a ton of early access games that I thought were a blast.  I often promote them through my articles because more often than not, they're indie studios that are trying to make a little extra capital to get them over that finish line.  I have no problem throwing someone a little early cash to help them over the line.  I especially don't mind it when it's a smaller studio that might not survive to complete the game otherwise.

I'm an entrepreneur.  I know what that fear is like.  If I can help someone with a good idea get a little further, I'm down for that.

Hmm EA game that is really in bad shape , its Craft the World , if anyone is familiar but with much much worse controls and UI at this point , Hope it can get better in the future , there is a good game in there i think , needs a lot of work tho

Yup, i loved craft the world...why i will go for this game if they can improve it a bit more.

Even though it is EA, this is not always a bad thing. For one, you never see any of the studio games for $25.00. So if they can improve to an acceptable level and take a bit of the annoying out, i will give them a try.
