Eh I thought the trailer was pretty cool actually. Only thing I thought was super cringe were the closeups focusing on the chic's butt, and I'm a fellow butt lover. Unnecessary.
I like an open world shooter,i miss playing shooters.
However what keeps me away is gameplay implementation and cheating. The other thing that a game seemingly cannot pull off is realism in viewscape. No matter how undercover you feel yo uare and should be really tough to spot, the way games draw characters at a distance you stand out like a sore thumb, albeit a small one but still.
I loved hiding in the snow playing the first COD MP with a sniper rifle but implementation was poor, hiding was difficult and of course cheating just ruins everything.
Point is that i feel shooters are completely dead,at least for me because cheating will never go away.
Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.
Trailer bad?IDK it didn't do anything that stood out as bad to me,i take way more offense when i see a game trailer and right away i see markers over npc heads or thousands of nameplates on the screen or destination markers in the viewing area. So i find it odd what people take offense to then support absolute crap that ruins immersion in every possible way. These are games with YOUR character, your dam skippy it is all about immersion.

I play COD Cold War and think I have ran into a few cheaters. Other day had a match where half the other team was tomahawking people from long distance w/ precision. I definitely ran into a cheater on warzone and he was reported. It definitely ruins the game and take the fun out.
So, not an MMO. Dont consider 40 players massive and the world isn't massive. So this game is just a MO. Also battle royale and an Epic exclusive, game is designed as my personal kryptonite. Epic exclusives all can go die in a fire.
Can’t stand elimination-style games. If I wanted to spectate I’d watch a movie.
I don't see the point in them. The premise of the game mode is so boring. I'd much rather play Team Death Match, Demolition (bomb defusal) or something like Conquest (where you fight over control points). I don't know, I was just raised with "REAL" shooters and this Battle Shityale is straight up dumb as shit in my opinion, I see absolutely zero appeal in it.

Had to look it up but 40 players in a match. Guess everything is a MMO nowadays.
