I've made several mistakes when it comes to playing CD Projekt Red's brand spanking new title Cyberpunk 2077. With over 50 hours played so far, I've killed where I should have negotiated, I've stolen when I should have bought, and I've accidentally had dalliances with male and female "night workers" on at least two separate occasions, but the one mistake I didn't make, is playing Cyberpunk 2077 on GeForce Now.

Played 20 hours on my fairly old 1070 TI - 0 crashes, no game-breaking bugs. A couple of graphical glitches but thats about it. Best gaming experience I've had in years.

Betteridge's Law of Headlines says "no".

"It's not as bad as this other streaming service" is not the same at all similar to "it's good".

But I think you could easily make the case that it's not just better than other streaming services but it's also better than all last gen consoles, and all underpowered PC's that can't run on all ultra. It looks pretty good.

I played it on my Shield for a few hours.  If you are hardwired, the latency isn't bad and it runs well graphically compared to last gen consoles.  The input lag is real though.

It is amazing how many people on newer platforms are having issue free experiences when we "know" its a performance nightmare. It is almost as if some genuine issues on old consoles were being whipped up into a story by the media. ;)

I wouldn't consider my 3570 nonK with 1050Ti a newer platform and I am enjoying an issue free experience. Hardware that was considered below PS4 and Xbone specs is nowadays smoking them in CP or Horizon: Zero Dawn.
