Same answer... daily. They're daily quests in my "go to" MMO. As long as the rewards are still relevant I do them. When I have all the rewards or don't need the payout then I stop. Like you said, they sort of become drudgery and I don't really like them, but I want some of the payout.
In FO76 when I have all the bullion plans I need and the Seasonal Scoreboard is done then I'll stop.
No you won't, not for the bullion as it can be spent on lunchboxes and there's always another new season on the horizon.

I'll login ESO just for the login reward but won't do the dailies unless friends are on to play ESO with. GW2 I usually do the dailies everyday. I have 3 more mmos installed on my system but I hardly play them and won't even bother to login unless there is a major update or a buddy wants to play.
