Lol...I saw this comming, not only is Mandolorian shitty and a waste of time and effort, but apparently now the Empire and Rebelion have discovered a way to craft this/make it their own? So whats the purpose of the DWB now?

Do they really beleive this is going to be the saving grace of SWG? Seriously.... All they have done is take stuff from the Village and added it to the GCW... Whoopty freaking doo... This, imho, is jsut another last ditch subscription grab. If they were truly serious about fixing the game they would be doing so and not adding in half assed stunts to distract attention.

It's not known for sure that the Mando armour is for this Pub 29 event (but it makes sense since they've said there will be new armour).
I can't find any details on the quests from the forums, is that part made up?

Of course they are not on forums. This days you need a head to get that info, not only eyes.
For example, i show you one quest: Rebel Destroy Boss
Removing the head
Task:
- You have been ordered to terminate Captain Vrinko.
- The Empire need to make sure that the Rebels don't get their hands on any left overs from the failed experiment in Restuss. One of the most important leaders of the Rebel rabble is a Captain Vrinko. Your orders are to eliminate this dangerous individual. You have been provided with a waypoint to the building that the Rebel leader is hiding in. Imperial elite troopers are standing by to pump in gas to the building to drive him out. The coward will most likely send out his troops first though so be prepared for a battle.
Finale:
- The Rebel Captain Vrinko has been taken care of. You should return to Captain Okto and report your success.

Tools of war
Task:
- You have been tasked with creating 20 E11 carbines for the Imperial Army.
- Full scale war demands armaments and Lieutenant Pofko has ordered you to create 20 E11 Carbines for the Imperial Army.
Finale:
- You have completed the carbines for the troops in Restuss and should return to Lieutenant Pofko with them.
- Give the 20 Carbines to the load lifter droid.
